Art critic Ana María Battistozzi published her views on The sound of the falling tree in an article in Clarín. She carefully draws a line amongst some of my previous works, to conclude: “It is necessary to highlight the importance that feelings and affections have in this artist’s poetics. (…) her work tunes into a growing trend that aims to place affection as a first approach to the aesthetic experience. A trend that opposes the political revalorization of the affectional links -rescued by Deleuze, Guattari, Alain Badiou and even Foucault, amongst other thinkers, to the distance created by minimal formalism and its wide international range of influence.”
